In frozen condition we do four types of mushrooms: Penny bun / Cep (Boletus edulis), Chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius), Morel (Morchella), Horn of plenty / Black trumpet (Craterellus cornucopioides). We have organic certificate for it.
